Synopsis
With what is potentially the most confronting show of 2010, Jarred Keane will have you reaching for a loved one’s hand, a tissue or a drink.
In his first MICF show he asked what makes a person be a comedian. In his second show, he asks, what makes a person be “good”?
Over the hour Jarred will share stories of sin, smut, despair and powerfully cynical moments of clarity, all with a laconic cheek and rapid wit.
The Second Coming is about finding peace, hope and good, dirty fun without beardies, rituals, punishment, or silly hats.
Jarred Keane has performed all across NSW, ACT, and Victoria since 2004. He has been a finalist in the ‘Quest for the Best’ and ‘Green Faces’ competitions, starred in and produced a showcase show, and a 2009 MICF solo show. He has supported such acts as Justin Hamilton, Eddie Ifft, and Reginald D Hunter.
