Australia’s only three-Michelin-star comedian, laughter-chef Danny McGinlay brings his culinary prowess back to Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
Danny has featured on Rove, The 7PM Project and The Footy Show, and in 2009 the Food Dude brought you chops in a toaster, party pie parmigiana and three minute cake in a cup.
This time he’s upping the ante: Why cook with gas when you can cook with napalm? Ordinary chefs roast chicken in ovens. A Food Dude roasts with explosives...jumper leads...or car engines.
MasterChef is about the destination and perfect presentation. Food Dude is about the journey, going full throttle and having a blast with food.
