Review by Jonathan Graham
This show will really take you through the highs and lows of emotion. Roz Hammond is an incredible actress and she creates a number of different characters who are all connected through a local fitness class.
Each different character contributes their own part to the story as it evolves over the 5 week fitness program, and while some parts are very funny there are also some heartbreakingly tragic stories as well. You may even come close to tears as Roz's brilliant portrayal of those moments really hits you hard. The interspersion of humourous voice-overs in the lead up to a social mothers club event are a welcome relief at times, from the bleak existence of some of the characters.
You will definitely leave this show feeling elated and reflective.
