Review by Jonathan Graham
Hayley is comparing her life so far to a race yet to be won, and she's certainly off and racing now that she can classify herself as a grownup.
There's some pretty funny stories about growing up in Geelong, trying to get a date and embarrassing family members, but not quite as many Harry Potter references as I thought there might be having seen her before and knowing that she is a complete Potter-head.
There is a clever use of pun race calling banter in between stories to link things together and tie in with the racetrack theme.
A good way to start an evening of comedy with an early show.
