2 Ukuleles and a Cello

Finally they’ve made it. The Renegades World Tour begins here. But they have run into a slight problem. Expecting a grand concert hall, replete with symphonic strings, a chorus line and well-provisioned green room, they arrive at Caz Reitops Dirty Secrets to find a few dusty microphones, two ukuleles and a cello.

Months of rehearsal thrown out the window. Litres of mascara diluted with tears. Dreams shattered. Pride swallowed. Egos crushed. They muster the courage to leave their dressing room, leaving behind a dishevelled dinner suit and a flurry of homeless sequins.

But that’s backstage. On stage, it’s a different story. The show must go on and The Renegades are quirky, sharp-witted, willing and, most of all, determined to entertain!
