Melbourne International Comedy Festival proudly presents

Rich Hall (USA)

Straight out of Montana, Rich Hall is back for a limited season, letting loose his wry, satirical scorn, never short of targets for his growling indignation. His ode to Bundaberg Rum, first performed at the Festival, has earned him honorary bogan status throughout Australia and someday he would like to own a Boston Terrier. He’s a complex man.

Well known in the US for appearing and writing on The David Letterman Show – for which he won two Emmy Awards – Rich has also written and presented his own TV programs, including How the West Was Lost for the BBC, and has appeared on countless others in the US and UK including Saturday Night Live, Never Mind the Buzzcocks and QI.

Don’t miss this comedy great as he lets loose his hilariously wry, satirical scorn on all manner of subjects; from life to politics and culture high and low; never short of deserving targets for his growling indignation.

"Intelligent, passionate and angry comedy." Evening Standard (UK)

"A comedy phenomenon." The Sun (UK)
