NEWS FROM THE FRINGE

Foster's Edinburgh Comedy Award winners
The 2013 Foster's Edinburgh Comedy Award winners and nominees have been announced, with Bridget Christie taking out the award for Best Comedy Show, and John Kearns winning Best Newcomer. Congratulations to all, particularly Austraia's Matt Okine who was nominated for Best Newcomer! All the details are here.

So You Think You're Funny?
RAW Comedy 2013 winner Demi Larnder has tied for first place at the prestigious So You Think You're Funny? competition at the Gilded Balloon in Edinburgh! This is the first time in the competition's history that two people have taken out the title and with both winners only 19 years of age it is a truly amazing accomplishment! We can expect big things from Demi.
