Review by Elise Faulkner
A lot has happened to Matt Okine in the past year. His show sold out at last year's comedy festival, he was nominated for an award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and he got a full time job on the radio. But happiness wasn't included.
Happiness Not Included is a really well crafted show which consists of Okine reflecting on moments in his life where he has achieved what he thought he wanted but still felt empty. It's one that will make you think while it makes you laugh. Okine is a skilled joke writer and puts punchlines in places you'd never expect, causing you to laugh out loud while he's still mid sentence.
This show is already selling out so buy your tickets soon, you don't want to miss this beautiful exploration of happiness.
