Review by Mika Tsoi
Like a good Pixar movie, the Luck Child is enjoyable for children and adults at different but related times. With David Collins playing all the roles, an old bad king hears a prophecy of how he will be deposed by a lucky child; the monkey is especially good. Through this tale, a magnificent cardboard set and the sounds you know from the Umbilical Brothers, a whole magical world, complete with a circus, comes to life at the Spiegel Tent at Fed Square. Take the littles or go by yourself; it’s good either way.
