Melbourne International Comedy Festival proudly presents

Wil Sylvince (USA)

Wil Sylvince is one of the most explosive comedians performing around the world today. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Wil has honed his act in New York's top comedy clubs.

With his unique perspective on political and social issues and a twist of his West Indian-Haitian culture, Wil is a comedian in high demand. He has been handpicked by comedy heavyweights Damon Wayans and Chris Tucker to join them on USA tours.

TV credits include BET’s Comic View, HBO’s Def Comedy Jam and Showtime at The Apollo, and as a writer on The Chapelle Show and Damon Wayan’s The Underground.

"Sylvince is a fireball." Paste Magazine

"Comedy star on the rise." Time Out New York

"Top notch, energetic performance." Keeping Up With NZ

Performing in Headliners, Tue 8–Sun 20 April
