5 Ways to Get Cheaper Tickets

Discount prices are available for many preview shows on the opening week, Wednesday 26 March - Sunday 30 March, as well as select days throughout the Festival. Check the calendar on each show page for the orange dot showing which performances have preview prices.

2. GO ON TIGHTARSE TUESDAY

Discount prices are available for most shows across the Festival on Tuesdays.

3. TAKE A GROUP

Many shows have discount prices available for group bookings. Group size can vary from 3 or more (depending on the show).

4. SHOW A VALID CONCESSION

Concession prices apply to full-time students (26 years and under), full pensioners, Senior Card holders, the unemployed and children under 16 years. Proof of eligibility is required. Concession prices may not be available for some performances.

5. BUY A LAUGH PACK

Book and pay for three different eligible shows at the same time and get a discounted price for all shows. Only available for shows on sale through Ticketmaster. Bookings must be made by phone, or in person at any Ticketmaster outlet and at the Comedy Festival Box Office at Melbourne Town Hall and Trades Hall. Laugh Packs are not available through online purchases.
