Bar Ampere

Bar Ampere is an unconventional bar and eatery with no set dining times. Food is served from 11 am weekdays and 4pm weekends until 3am 7 days a week. Bar Ampere boasts Australia's largest absinthe offering along with a comprehensive cocktail and European wine list. Our house made Jake Leg ginger beer has become one of the many signatures our our hidden Melbourne Gem.

Part American BBQ joint, part grill house, Meatmaiden is also just a damn fine underground drinking den with its bourbon-soaked cocktail bar and dedication to craft beer. Sister to Meatmother in Richmond, the standout is the Rangers Valley Wagyu brisket, which is smoked over oak for up to 20 hours. Serious BBQ, relaxed vibe.
