We are currently recruiting a Partnership Manager to join the Melbourne International Comedy Festival team. 

The Partnership Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of the Festival’s corporate partnerships and contributes to seeking new, and renewing existing, relationships.

In collaboration with the Executive Director and Marketing & Partnership Director, the Partnership Manager assists in developing and implementing strategies and initiatives aimed at securing and maintaining private support of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Private support for the Festival includes corporate partnerships, corporate entertaining packages, individual donations and grants from trusts and foundations.

Melbourne International Comedy Festival is one of the three largest comedy festivals in the world and one of Australia’s largest cultural events. The Festival sells in excess of 540,000 tickets annually and generates more than $16 million in box office. Aggregate attendance including free performances is over 670,000 people and the live audience numbers are boosted by an additional 5 million viewers for the nationally broadcast TV specials.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the growth of one of Australia’s most loved events.

The successful candidate will commence on 3 October 2016.
