Yo, Adrian!

Many of Australia's best and funniest comedians got together recently for a gala fundraiser for a comedy superstar you've probably never heard of.

During the 2012 Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Adrian Cherubin, the Festival's long serving Technical Director suffered a stroke. Adrian has lead the production team at the Festival for 20 years and has been responsible for helping out newcomers as well as production management, lighting design and stage management of countless shows and tours for Australia's most popular comedians.

Wil Anderson, Carl Barron, Kitty Flanagan, Greg Fleet, Tom Gleeson, Jeff Green, Justin Hamilton, Dave Hughes, Colin Lane, Judith Lucy, Brian Nankervis, Charlie Pickering, Denise Scott, Dave Thornton, Cal Wilson and Frank Woodley all performed at the Regent Theatre on Wednesday 26 September, in a special one-off show supporting one of Australian comedy's production superheroes.

Adrian's professional community are rallying to raise funds to assist his ongoing care and rehabilitation - and they're not kidding about raising some serious cash.

If you couldn't make the show but would still like to contribute to the fund for Adrian's ongoing care and rehabilitation, please make a donation using the bank details below.
