A fundraiser for Animals Australia

Dolly Goes Down on the Farm

Dolly Putin is a right-wing shock jockette who thinks that alternating McDonalds with KFC makes for a balanced diet. Professor Peter Singer is the founder of the animal rights movement and a world-renowned ethicist and philosopher. Throw in a pig singing Broadway hits, some angry chickens and Melbourne band Totally Gourdgeous, and the stage is set for a chaotic and fast-paced comedy show that explores modern farming practices.

This show is the second in a series that explores modern ethical issues. The first show, Me and Mr Brown, debuted at the 2006 Melbourne International Comedy Festival where it received rave reviews and performed to sell-out audiences every night. It was described in an editorial in The Age as a testament to Senator Bob Brown’s courage.

All funds raised will be donated to Animals Australia.
