Laughapoolooza is Australia’s premier musical comedy event bringing together the best international and Australian comic musicians in one gala-style performance.

Premiering at the 2005 Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Laughapoolooza has made its home at the Umbrella Revolution as a late night comedown and music festival for comedy fans. It has also been performed at the Adelaide Fringe, Sydney Big Laugh Comedy Festival and the Edinburgh Fringe.

With a commitment to promoting the diversity of musical comedy in a sea of stand-up comedians, Laughapoolooza celebrates all the shapes and sizes of music and comedy.

In previous years, Laughapoolooza has hosted Tripod, Frank Woodley, Scared Weird Little Guys, Tim Minchin, Freestyle Love Supreme, Sista She, Eddie Perfect and The Bedroom Philosopher to name a few. In 2007, it will continue to promote and unearth new comic musicians.
