Roll up, roll up for a comedy carnivale. Four of Australia’s best up-and-coming talents are coming to town, with stylings so fresh and different, it’ll give you comedy whiplash to watch!

Ben Ellwood (Sydney), Hannah Gadsby (Tasmania), Celia Pacquola (Melbourne) and Michael Williams (Warrnambool) are the hand-picked cream of the new crop, specially invited to this show by Comedy Festival talent scouts, who have been scouring the country throughout the year.

The GUINNESS Comedy Zone is the Festival’s annual flagship and most conspicuous outcome of a longer-run process of highlighting and showcasing emerging performers of high quality to the established industry that might otherwise miss them.

This year’s ‘Zoners’ are not merely the hot new things in comedy. They are weird, wonderful and off the planet! They’re distinct, intense and right outta left of left field! Better strap in, this could be a very, very funny ride!
