Want 100 free tickets to the Comedy Festival?
Be a part of The 2008 Funny Tonne, the Comedy Festival's own Amazing Race, to see more than 100 shows for free.
The Funny Tonne is a competition to see who can see the most number of shows in the Festival. Last year, 2 teams tied in first place at 115 shows, which left our all-time champ, Erin Davidson, unassailed at 123 shows in the 2006 Festival.

Two heads are funnier than one, so in 2008 The Funny Tonne is a team event!
Inspired by the Amazing Race, Butch Cassidy and Sundance, and maybe a little bit Kylie and Jason, this year's Funny Tonne is open to teams of 2. So phone a friend and find a funny buddy to tag team your shows with.
Entries close Sunday Feb 24.
Go to the Funny Tonne website here and tell us in 25 words or less, why you should be one of the contestants. And then stay very serious until the start of the Festival, because you're going to need all the laughs you can muster!
