Nazeem Hussain has a love/not-so-love relationship with Australia that is fraught with mistrust. And given the state of the world, the feeling’s mutual. Public Frenemy is the latest show to come from one of the most in demand TV and radio personalities in Australia. After selling out tours around the world in 2015 and 2016 Nazeem capped off last year at the prestigious Edinburgh Festival Fringe with a sell-out debut solo show.
Best known on Australian screens as the creator and star of Logie nominated TV show Legally Brown, Nazeem is bound for international fame, having just made his American TV debut as an official correspondent for the new Netflix program Bill Nye Saves the World. Along with American scientist and TV personality Bill Nye (popularly known as ‘Bill Nye the Science guy’), Nazeem will be joining other correspondents, Karlie Kloss, Emily Calandrelli, Joanna Hausmann and Derek Muller.
