Retired journalist Jack Gramenz is rebranding as an up-and-coming Australian comedian after deciding this would be a more stable career path. Since abandoning his career in commercial radio, he's now set his sights on getting twice as good at comedy so he can win Melbourne International Comedy Festival's Best Newcomer award and then hopefully end up back on commercial radio. Join him for a hot new hour of biting and acerbic comedy.
In 2018, Jack Gramenz performed his (critically acclaimed) debut solo show at the Adelaide Fringe, was selected (or handpicked) to perform in Melbourne International Comedy Festival's Comedy Zone showcase, and executive produced the (wildly successful, hilarious) six-part podcast 'The Lucas Warmtake Half Hour' (still available online if it hasn't been hit with a compelling enough cease-and-desist yet). He can now be found out the front of Town Hall asking other comedians how their flyering has been going.
