Finalist NZ Raw Comedy competition
Nominee New Zealand Comedy's Best Newcomer
Joshua Jack was made redundant from his day job in September last year. After being told to bring a support person to the meeting, he decided to hire a clown to accompany him, in attempt to keep his spirits high. The story went on to make headlines around the world and even became the BBC's most read article.
Joshua's self-titled show, Sick As Legend Mad Dog, is a full display of his original, irreverent style of humour, combining stories and standup to create a complete hour of non-conventional comedy.
As a finalist in the NZ Raw Comedy competition and nominee for New Zealand comedy's best newcomer, this fast-rising comedian is touted as one to watch.
