Online Program FAQs

Preparing for your online event

Check that you have a good, strong internet connection available. We’d recommend testing your device before the show starts. Log into your account and onto the show at least 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time so you can test video and audio before the event.

I’m having streaming issues

Check that you have a good and strong WIFI internet connection available. We recommend not using mobile data. Close any other windows or tabs you have open, and check that others on your network aren’t downloading or streaming anything else. For more tips on playback quality and buffering issues click here.

What happens if I’m late to the show?

If you’re late to an appointment viewing session, you’ll join the online show at the point at which the stream is up to. For many shows, you can watch them from the beginning once the session is complete. Please note that you’ll only have access to the show until midnight AEDT/AET on the day of the show to catch up.

What does Appointment Viewing and On Demand mean?
