Subscribe to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival e-news by midnight Sunday for exclusive pre-sale access to 2022’s The Gala and Opening Night Comedy Allstars Supershow.
It’s time to make a plan and set a reminder – ‘cause the biggest nights on the Australian comedy calendar are coming. These shows will sell out quick, so if you want to be the first to access tickets make sure you are signed up to our mailing list here.
Pre-sale access for The Gala kicks off at 10am AEDT Monday 22 November. If The Opening Night Comedy Allstars Supershow is more your thing (or you want to treat yourself and double down) pre-sale access to the curtain raiser event of the 2022 Festival will be available from 10am AEDT Thursday 25 November. You’ll receive an email for each show on those respective dates. Tickets are available for the general public for The Gala at 10am AEDT Tuesday 23 November and for Opening Night Comedy Allstar Supershow at 10am AEDT Friday 26 November.

We’re looking forward to welcoming audiences for a laughter filled month of comedy. The safety and wellbeing of all artists, audiences and staff is our number one priority so we ask that all visitors to Melbourne International Comedy Festival shows follow COVIDSafe practices. In accordance with government regulations, proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or valid medical exemption will be required for anyone aged 16 and over to enter a Melbourne International Comedy Festival venue – so don’t forget to bring it with you!
In an effort to deter ticket scalpers, there is a limit of 4 (four) tickets per person for The Gala and 6 (six) tickets per person for Opening Night. Ticketmaster is the only authorised ticket seller for this event. We reserve the right to deny entry if your ID doesn't match the name on the tickets, or if your ticket has been purchased from an unauthorised ticket seller.
