Mark Butler presents

Farty Pants & Farty Bum

A comedy show for kids about two cavemen who lose their ability to fart. They live in a wind-powered home, so when the farts run out, they have to find new ways to make wind.

Written by established comedian, Mark Butler, for 3-11 year olds, this low-language show is packed with physical comedy and silly noises that will leave the kids laughing out loud (but not farting out loud).

Parents, grandparents, uncles, aunties and irresponsible adults of all ages are welcome. Be the coolest grown-ups in town by taking the kids to see a comedy show about cavemen trying to fart.

There's an hilarious storyline and an environmental message, but it's mainly fart jokes for kids (and sophisticated fart jokes for grown-ups).

Written by comedy stalwart, Mark Butler, the show is performed by Mark Butler and Camille Meghaizel, two proud single parents raising young kids who laugh at fart noises.

Mark Butler has been performing one-man shows at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival since 2004. In this – his 16th year, and 15th different show – Mark brings his sharp writing style to a new audience: kids. With over twenty years on the comedy circuit, and countless gigs under his belt, Mark has gained critical acclaim for his witty and well-constructed solos shows.

Camille Meghaizel graduated from the National Theatre Drama School in 2006 and has been in numerous theatre productions, whilst also appearing in film and television.
