It is important that all Festival participants keep up to date on current government directions and public health orders relating to COVID-19 and live performance, including but not limited to physical distancing requirements, hygiene measures, face mask adherence, vaccination requirements, venue capacity limits, COVID marshalls and the formulation of appropriate COVIDSafe plans.

The Festival will provide general information here on compliance with COVID-19 Restrictions, but we recommend that you refer to coronavirus.vic.gov.au for the most up to date information.

The Festival will operate according to Victorian Government COVID-19 related public health orders. According to directions issued by the Chief Health Officer under the Public Heath Health Direction (Open Premises Direction) on 23 October 2021, anyone working at an entertainment venue (including but not limited to theatres, cinemas and creative arts premises) must be fully vaccinated. We expect that these regulations will still be in effect during the 2022 Festival and encourage all participants to get vaccinated as soon as they can.
