Tommy & Eadie

Camp Camp

  • Australia

Tommy & Eadie (2025 Moosehead Recipients) welcome you to Camp Camp! A two week long summer camp that can only be described as the opposite of a conversion camp – where the cabins are soundproof, the bears are very friendly and The Babadook brings his own strap (feminist).

Set in a world where everyone is absolutely wetting themselves with desperation to receive an invitation (lucky you!), this musical sketch-comedy follows the story of two campers who, despite being surrounded by the campest of the camp (Barbara Streisand singing jazz), fall into what can only be described as an embarrassingly heterosexual relationship. Questioning their queerness, ‘exploring’ their family tree, and rubbing shoulders with the camp elite (Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett singing jazz) along the way.

With sexy cryptids, homicidal nurses in love and the greatest score of all time (Kim Cattrall singing jazz), it’s the hottest event of the year, and everybody knows it!

We’re not saying that coming to Camp Camp will make you even more gay than you already are, because that would be impossible – look at you!

See you there, Camp Campers!

Tommy & Eadie are a musical comedy duo from Naarm who combine silly, raucous, absurd humour with music and poignant storytelling. Since their debut in 2023 they've accrued accolades such as Melbourne Fringe Award nominations for Best Cabaret and Best Emerging Artist, the South Australia Tour Ready Award presented by Adelaide Fringe, Green Room Award nominations for Outstanding Original Songs, Outstanding Direction and Outstanding Ensemble, multiple sold-out seasons and the title of 2024 Melbourne International Comedy Festival Lip Sync Battle Champions!

'I urge you to take advantage of the chance to see these rising performers.' ★★★★★ Weekend Notes

'Tommy and Eadie demonstrated commitment to the ridiculousness but also the sincerity behind the observations, which made the show experience feel genuine and authentic.' ★★★★ Hugging Comedians
