Unassisted wheelchair access is permanently available from the main entrance to the venue.
Cardinia Cultural Centre
There is level access through the venue's main entrance, and the theatre is located directly to your right. The accessible bathrooms are found off the main foyer.
There are communication boards at the box office, and fixed raked seating during the show.
There are four accessible parking bays located approx 75m from the main entrance, as well as two accessible parking bays approx 35m from the gallery entrance.

Clocktower Centre
There is access to all levels of the venue via a lift, including the accessible bathrooms.
There are hearing induction loops in the theatre, covering Stalls Rows A-G.
Accessible parking is available opposite the venue on Mount Alexander Road and north on Pascoe Vale Road. The 59 tram stops directly outside the venue and Moonee Ponds train station is approx 10 minutes walk.

George Wood Performing Arts Centre
Throughout construction works, wheelchair access is provided from limited disabled parking spaces located outside the north foyer. Wheelchair access continues to remain throughout both foyer spaces and the front stalls.
Hearing impaired audience members may make use of the auditorium's Roger hearing system. Contact the venue prior to the event for more information.
Bunjil Place
The Plaza, Theatre and Studio areas are fully wheelchair accessible with ramps and seating options. There is an accessible adult change room complete with hoist, shower and seat, toilet rails and a lowered sink, as well as an accessible gender-neutral bathroom off the ground floor foyer.
The Theatre operates via the hearing/induction loop to broadcast audio to cochlear implants, telecoil (t-coil) or loop receivers. These can be collected on arrival at the Box Office desk.
Braille is provided on all room door signage and fixed directional signage.
There are two accessible parking bays on Patrick Northeast Drive, opposite the venue.

A hearing system is available. This sound amplification system utilises an FM signal, providing coverage to all seats via headphones or neck-loops available from the venue ushers.
Burrinja Cultural Centre
Burrinja is user friendly for people of all abilities, with elevator access to the theatre, Black Box, upstairs gallery and lower level car park. Burrinja Theatre has wheelchair allocated seating available on request. A Hearing Loop, which covers 90% of the Theatre, works in conjunction with hearing aids with the appropriate switch setting.
