Charisa Bossinakis & Alex Keen

Should We Just Take Half Each?

  • Australia

After performing solo hour-long shows at last year's Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Charisa and Alex realised that writing another hour-long show would involve too much filler.

However, these two have joined forces to tell the grimdark story of a recently redundant 50-year-old aerobics instructor who indulges in a drug that promises to transform her into an enhanced version of herself.

Oh, sorry, my bad. That's the plot of the 2024 movie The Substance.

Instead, these two have teamed up to deliver 25 minutes each of tight, tested stand-up—the best bits from what they've been touring the nation's comedy clubs with all year.

Strictly for audiences 18+
