The One-Liner Show

  • Australia

We’re all busy. We’ve got lots of things to do. But we need a laugh, and fast, and we don’t have time to wait around for punchlines.

We have gathered together the best one-liner comedians in Victoria and put them all on one show to give you, the discerning punter, the biggest value for your dollar.

The One-Liner Show began in 2023 at the Rubber Chicken comedy pub in South Melbourne. It was our ambition to get the funniest comedians in Melbourne on one show to deliver the fastest, punchiest and most laugh-packed show in town.

Paul Balsillie, Rhys Halliwell, Mazz Matta, Sheany, Warrick Sutton and Milton White deliver 200 fast-paced and hilarious one-liner jokes one after the other in a rapid-fire show that will make your sides hurt and your jaw ache.

See you at the show!

Suitable for audiences 18+

Language – occasional coarse language

Melbourne International Comedy Festival acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands upon which we work and live. We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' spirit, imagination and rich history of storytelling and humour that is an inspiration to all Australians.

We accept the invitation to walk together with First Nations people towards a more positive future for Australia, as described in the Uluru Statement From The Heart.
