The George On Collins

The George on Collins is a New York-style basement restaurant and bar located in the historic Georges building on Collins St. It reinterprets the best of old-fashioned hospitality, within a beautiful contemporary setting. The George has a rare kind of magic – the ability to adapt to different crowds, moods and moments.

The George on Collins has partnered up with Masterchef Khanh Ong to create a delicious range of quality Southeast Asian-inspired dishes, with a modern twist. Pair any of the dishes with one of the yummy cocktails on offer and you will be left very satisfied.
