Melbourne International Comedy Festival acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands upon which we work and live. We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' spirit, imagination and rich history of storytelling and humour that is an inspiration to all Australians.

We accept the invitation to walk together with First Nations people towards a more positive future for Australia, as described in the Uluru Statement From The Heart.

The Late Nite PowerPoint Comedy Showcase

Sweeney Preston & Ethan Cavanagh

The Late Nite PowerPoint Comedy Showcase

This cult classic returns to Melbourne International Comedy Festival after sell-out seasons across New Zealand and Australia and two residencies at Comedy Republic.

With six comedians performing six different presentations, The Late Nite PowerPoint Comedy Showcase is a line-up show like no other.

Hosted by the agents of Microsoft Office chaos, Sweeney Preston and Ethan Cavanagh, this wild late-night showcase features a rotating line-up of comedians putting the ‘show’ back into show-and-tell!

A picture says a thousand words, and with more slides than Wet’n’Wild, The Late Nite PowerPoint Comedy Showcase offers more words per dollar than any other show in the Festival.

It’s easy to follow along with after a few drinks and it’s begging for technical difficulties, so grab your family, friends and anyone else who has endured boring work presentations or tedious uni slides as we all heal together.

With past guests such as Tom Ballard, Andrew Hansen, He Huang, Bron Lewis, Carl Donnelly, Guy Williams, Emma Holland, this show is an essential part of any Festival bucket list!
