It’s time for an all-hands meeting. There’s been some issues in the business, and management (James Schloeffel and Charles Firth) are telling us all about it. Wankernomics’ brand of office life satire is back, triggering us all with jargon, teams meetings and all the work stuff we love to hate.

While fun, the show does sit within the same space for a while, laughing at the crazy culture of those work-obsessed fiends out there, there isn’t too much room left over for any heightening. A few highlights come with the guys asking for a bunch of buzzwords to write an email, teaching us about acronyms, or a reference to the recent issues with Signal, James and Charles mining the right type of humour out of it all.

The show does come into its own as it jumps into its last stages, where the boys need to use their business skills (or lack thereof) to react to an urgent situation, it’s a fun tonal shift, it being somewhat more enjoyable to see it all in action rather than being taught it.

It’s a fun night out if you’re looking for something that’s a little bit different at the festival this year.
