John Glover

Be My BFFFFFFF!

  • Australia

I’m looking for a new BFFL! Could it be you? Don’t worry, I’m an excellent hugger.

A stranger’s just a friend you haven’t met! I would know. At weddings, in online gaming, in the bedroom, in a camping tent, during a seizure, I’ve found and fumbled friendships everywhere. Maybe I’ll even find one in the audience.

60% confessional, 25% experimental and 33% quest for companionship, this show untangles the heart of a funny little gay guy in search for [enter venue capacity here] new besties.

Bring a friend. Or become one.

---

A two-time RAW Comedy State Finalist, John is a Sydney-based stand-up and improv comic who has toured Australia with his solo shows John Glover Must Die and Microsoft Orifice. He’s featured in Osher Günsberg’s satirical news show NTNNNNN and performed in Breaking The Musical at the Edinburgh Fringe. As The Age put it: “Razor sharp one-liners are aplenty and timing is spot on. This is a budding comic to watch”.

Suitable for audiences 18+
