There is a wheelchair accessible entrance via Celestial Ave that leads into the foyer on the ground floor. From here, there is level access to the bar and accessible toilets. There is also a chairlift to the main entrance of the performance space.

There is a mix of level and raked unfixed/flexible seating during the show, as well as booth seating. Level access seating is offered to those who require it.

The closest accessible parking bays are next to the venue at the Golden Square car park.
