Wheelchair access is available from the main entrance, though venue staff will need to assist by placing a ramp. From here, there is step-free access.

There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor to the right-hand side, opposite Door 4 of the auditorium entrance.

Assistive Listening Packs are available from the cloakroom, including a hearing pack used with T-switch/T-coil hearing aids or cochlear implants, a hearing pack used with a headset, and smartphones used with Bluetooth hearing aids or cochlear implants. You may also use the ListenWiFi app.

There are two accessible parking bays with two hour time limits at 168 Exhibition St, another two with three hour time limits on Little Bourke St (off Spring St), and one further bay at 131 Lonsdale St with a two hour time limit.

Basement Comedy Club (Morris House)

There are 6 steps into the main bar area and 16 steps down to the Basement Comedy Club. All stairs have railings.

There is a wheelchair lift down to the Basement Comedy Club with a platform that is 100cm by 70cm in size. Please note no other levels of the venue are wheelchair accessible.

The accessible bathrooms are located on the ground floor next to the stairs.

There is a mix of unfixed level seating that varies depending on the show, including tall stools, booth seating, and cabaret seating with tables.

First Parking, located behind the venue, has plenty of accessible parking spaces.
