The main entrance is via Swanston Street, through the door to the left of the main portico stairs. There is step-free/wheelchair access along a ramp that leads to the entrance. Once inside the venue, there is an automatic wheelchair lift that provides wheelchair/step-free access to the performance space.

There are assistive listening devices with headphones available. These can be borrowed for the duration of the performance.

Bag searches are required as a condition of entry. Patrons are discouraged from bringing bags or items that are too large to fit under a seat to events. No outside food or drink is permitted into the venue, other than water or for medical reasons. There is no storage or cloaking space available.

The main entrance is off Collins Street. From the corner of Swanston Street and Collins Street, turn up Collins Street and travel approx 30m towards the ramp on the left-hand side of the building. Head into the foyer and wait for venue staff to guide to you a seat, either on the floor, in the stalls, or in the balcony. Please note that only seats in rows A – L have step free access.

There are assistive listening devices with headphones available. These can be borrowed for the duration of the performance.

There are accessible bathrooms on the ground floor. Please speak to venue staff for directions.
