The main entrance to the venue is through an arcade with level access and down a flight of stairs. There is lift access next to stairs, though the lift entrance is approx 70cm wide and approx 1.3m deep once inside. If the lift door is not open when you arrive, please contact the venue on 03 9654 1821.

There is step free access to the female toilets once inside the venue. There are three steps to access the male toilets.
