Chris Demos & Carmelo Costa

Gayme Show

  • Australia

After a sold out debut at Melbourne Fringe, Gayme Show has arrived at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Your hosts Carmelo Costa and Chris Demos are teaming up to bring you two nights of games, guests and questionable prizes.

Expect gruelling challenges, loose rules that change by the minute and commentary that’s unhelpful at best. There will be points (that don’t really matter) and prizes (that you probably don’t want).

This isn’t your typical game show. It’s camp, it’s queer, it’s part comedy, part variety and all mess.

GUEST ANNOUNCEMENT!
Saturday 28 March - Zoë Coombs Marr v Bronwyn Kuss
Saturday 4 April - Aurelia St Clair v Elouise Eftos

Strictly for audiences 18+

Audience participation

Language – occasional coarse language

Sudden loud noises

Melbourne International Comedy Festival acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands upon which we work and live. We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' spirit, imagination and rich history of storytelling and humour that is an inspiration to all Australians.

We accept the invitation to walk together with First Nations people towards a more positive future for Australia, as described in the Uluru Statement From The Heart.
