Wheelchair access is available from the main entrance, though venue staff will need to assist by placing a ramp. From here, there is step-free access.

There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor to the right-hand side, opposite Door 4 of the auditorium entrance.

There are two accessible parking bays with two hour time limits at 168 Exhibition St, another two with three hour time limits on Little Bourke St (off Spring St), and one further bay at 131 Lonsdale St with a two hour time limit.
