There is unassisted wheelchair access through the main entrance of the venue, which is located through Lygon Court. The Box Office, Candy Bar and all cinemas except Cinemas 4 and 5 are on Level 1 and can be accessed via either of the two lifts inside Lygon Court; follow signage for wheelchair access.

There are two lifts available. The Woolworths lift provides access from the Woolworths entrance off Drummond Street and the underground carpark to Level 1 of the venue. There is another lift on at the rear of Lygon Court, which offers access from the underground carpark to the Ground Floor and Level 1.

There is fixed raked cinema-style seating during the show. All cinemas are fitted with a loop receiver device, which is suitable for a T switch.
