There are cobblestones and uneven surfaces on the approach to the venue and two steps from the street through the venue entrance. There are two flights of stairs with a landing in between (approx 27 steps) into the performance space. There is no lift access or accessible bathrooms.

There is on-street parking available surrounding Raglan Street. There are accessible parking spaces on the corner of Errol & Victoria Streets, Errol Street outside the North Melbourne Library, and the corner of Queensberry & Leveson Streets.
