A Beautiful Mind

  • Australia

Runner up RAW Comedy 2023 Melbourne International Comedy Festival

Nominee Best Newcomer 2025 Melbourne International Comedy Festival

Lately I’ve been thinking about how hard it is to demonstrate my beautiful mind when everyone is so distracted by my beautiful body. And about all the times I’ve misunderstood the compliments I thought I was receiving.

I can't predict what you'll think of this show but I’m sure you'll leave and wonder where I get my Botox injections. I’ll will save you the embarrassment of asking and tell you right now it's a woman named Rachael who is incredible at what she does.

'She’s got something in her delivery that you can’t quite fathom like watching a close-up magic trick, you know there’s a method, but you’re too blown away to see it.”' ★★★★★ The Funny Tonne

'Jäger subscribes to the Larry David school of comedy: she’s uninterested in clichés and social niceties, especially when they’re standing in the way of her saying something funny.' The Saturday Paper

Suitable for audiences 15+

Melbourne International Comedy Festival acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands upon which we work and live. We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' spirit, imagination and rich history of storytelling and humour that is an inspiration to all Australians.

We accept the invitation to walk together with First Nations people towards a more positive future for Australia, as described in the Uluru Statement From The Heart.
