The mental health system is under review!

This radical lineup of comedians with lived experience unpacks the system and every other corner of life. Some of it's rad, and some of it's cactus!

'I wanted to send a note to say how thankful I am to the Schizy team and all the performers – I laughed, I cried and I felt the warm hug of humanity by being in a room of people fully expressing all their mad pride truth! What you and the performers do is a real gift to the world.' Honor Eastly (artist, podcaster and professional feeler of feelings).

Melbourne International Comedy Festival acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands upon which we work and live. We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' spirit, imagination and rich history of storytelling and humour that is an inspiration to all Australians.

We accept the invitation to walk together with First Nations people towards a more positive future for Australia, as described in the Uluru Statement From The Heart.
