We are so excited to announce our hosts for the two biggest nights in comedy. Beloved Australian comedian Denise Scott will host The Gala, proudly supporting Oxfam Australia. The following week, not one, but two Australian comedians will step up to host the Opening Night Comedy Allstars Supershow: The man, the mullet, the legend, Brett Blake, joined by one of the fastest rising stars in the country, Bron Lewis.
Every year, The Gala brings together a stellar cast of the brightest artists from across Australia and the world, all in support of Oxfam Australia and its mission to create a world where everyone is equal and no one lives in poverty. Denise Scott said, ‘So excited! After forty years, finally I get to host The Gala. The moral of the story being – hold on to your dreams kids.’
Live, loud and packed full of laughs, the Opening Night Comedy Allstars Supershow will officially kick off our 40th anniversary celebrations with a legendary line-up of comedy excellence.
‘Hosting the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Comedy Allstars Supershow in 2026 with Brett Blake is a beautiful dream I never dared to entertain! Hold on to your hats, this is going to be huge!’ Bron Lewis
