This section explains how to book shows sold directly through the Festival website.
When booking, tell us about your access needs. For example, you may want to:
- Add a Companion Card ticket to your booking
- Book a wheelchair seat
- Ask for a seat with step-free access
- Let us know you will use assistive listening, if available
- Let us know you are bringing a guide dog or assistance animal
- Ask for a seat on an aisle or near an exit
- Speak to someone who understands the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower
Book by Phone
Call us on (03) 9245 3788 and select Option 1 to make a booking.
We welcome calls through the National Relay Service. For more information about how to connect, visit the Access Hub website.
Book Online
Add tickets to your basket on our website. When you reach checkout, you can add some access notes to your booking.
If you included any access needs in a previous booking, your note will be pre-filled for you. You can update it if you need or leave it as it is.
The Festival Box Office team will see your note. They may contact you if they have any questions or are concerned that a venue may not meet your needs.
Your note will also be shared with Front of House staff at the venue. They can use this information to support you when you arrive.

Email access@comedyfestival.com.au.
Tell us which show or shows you would like to see. Include the date and time for each show. You can also include the link to each show.
Tell us about any access needs you have.
Our Box Office team will send you a payment link. Use this link to enter your card details and pay for your booking. The link may only work once, so make sure you are ready to pay before you open it.
Once we receive your payment, we will send you an email confirming your booking.
Book in Person
Our Box Office and Info Booth is open every day during the Festival from 12pm until late.
Our staff can help you book tickets and provide information about accessible services.
Communication Boards are also available if you would prefer to use one.
