The venue has step-free access from the valet driveway that runs between Collins Street and Flinders Lane. For step-free/wheelchair access, there are lifts located on both the left-hand and right-hand side of the foyer space that can be taken to Level 1. From here, Front of House staff can direct you.

Accessible seating is available on the left-hand side of the performance space, close to the front of the stage and near the entrance in Westin Four.

Accessible bathrooms are available on the Ground Floor and on Level 1, opposite Westin Two.
