PLEASE TAKE MY 5 STARS AND SEE THIS SHOW WITH NO FURTHER CONTEXT, TRUST ME!

Okay fine… but I recommend going in blind like I did!

After all, what could possibly be so mind-blowing about a man re-enacting the titles of Penguin Classics books for an hour?

Prepared for an evening of pantomime or perhaps some cheeky puns, my brain was immediately reset to factory settings when the show began with Garry slowly rotating around in his armchair to reveal that below his bespoke blazer and Shakespearean neck ruffle, he is proud to display his bare dick and balls.

The moment before each new reveal in the show came with immense anticipation, and a scattering of murmurs from the crowd to the tune of “surely not…”  But without fail, Garry would deliver above expectations every time with 1000% commitment.

Pray that you get an audience as gutsy as I did, and be ready to participate in not just a naked man’s crowd surf, but a standing ovation.
