In order to claim refund, the ticket-holder must email the email address given during the show, with proof of attendance in the form of a screenshot or tax invoice as well as bank details to pay to. Email must be sent after ten years has elapsed since seeing the show, but before ten years and one month has passed since seeing the show. Refund amount not adjusted for inflation. No reminder will be sent.
