Heat registrations for RAW Comedy 2017 are now closed. Head along to a RAW Comedy heat or keep an eye on rawcomedy.com.au for details of when you can sign-up for next year's comp. The Australian leg of the Roadshow takes place until early July. The South East Asia leg runs in late July. The full Roadshow schedule can be found here.

You can book tickets to shows via their listing on comedyfestival.com.au. Tickets to many shows are also available through Ticketmaster - available online, by phoning 1300 660 013, visiting a Ticketmaster Outlet, the Melbourne Town Hall Collins Street Box Office (open 11am to late every day of the Festival) or at the door of most venues on the night of the show.

The Gala is the Comedy Festival's most popular event and often sells out within hours of tickets going on sale. Sadly, the 2017 Gala is sold out. The best way to get tickets for future years is to join our mailing list to be the first to find out exactly when and where the Gala goes on sale. Due to the popularity of the Gala, and its status as a fundraising event for Oxfam, we do not set aside tickets for corporate sales.

The Melbourne International Comedy Festival has contacts for all the comedians who appear at the Festival but the question of who is best for your event can be a really tricky one. We recommend you have a look at past Festival programs and, if you want to contact someone in particular, let us know. Otherwise, email us and we can put you in touch with some good booking agents in your area.
If you have lost property at a Comedy Festival show the best thing to do is email firstname.lastname@example.org. You'll often need to contact the venue you went to and ask them (the majority of venues will keep lost property on site for the duration of the Festival), if you need help finding contact information for a venue or have any further queries you can contact the Festival office on 03 9245 3700 or email@example.com.
If you know your friends or family love comedy but you don't know what show they'd like to see you can buy them a Comedy Festival gift voucher. Available in amounts of $20, $50 or $100, the vouchers are available to purchase from Ticketmaster.
