Our main booking agent is Ticketmaster. You can book with Ticketmaster for all shows at these venues.
The booking agents may vary for other venues. Check individual show listings for details on where to book.
Please note that under most circumstances there are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased.
You can book online for most shows by clicking the BUY NOW button on each show listing.
Save money on booking fees by purchasing multiple Ticketmaster tickets in a single transaction through the MY FAVOURITES section. Register for an account, add shows to your favourites and then have the chance to view and purchase them all together from the MY FAVOURITES section.
Tickets through other agents can be purchased individually.
You can call Ticketmaster direct on 1300 660 013.
Tickets for shows at Arts Centre Melbourne are also available via the Arts Centre Melbourne box office on 1300 182 183.
For all other venues, see the individual show pages for telephone booking numbers.
For shows sold through Ticketmaster, tickets can be purchased at the Melbourne Town Hall Collins Street Box Office (open 11am to late every day of the Festival), Ticketmaster Outlets, and at the door of most venues on the night of the show, unless sold out! Box Office queues can be long and we recommend booking in advance. If you're purchashing tickets on the night, it's best to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to show time.
For shows not sold through Ticketmaster, tickets are usually available on the door, if not sold out. Please check individual show pages for details.
Please note that the following box offices accept credit/debit card only. Cash payments are not accepted at these box offices. We don't charge a fee for card payments, so don't forget your plastic!
Tickets for most shows can be collected at the venue box office. When collecting tickets, please bring your photo ID, booking/account number and the credit card used to purchase your tickets. Tickets can usually only be collected by the credit card holder. Box Office queues can be long - when collecting pre-paid tickets it’s best to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to show time.
If you purchase your tickets online and selected the 'Print-at-Home' option you can skip the box office queue and proceed directly to the venue.
